Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our brands and are committed to supporting our products 100%. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
To qualify for a refund, the shoes must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. All items, including the original box, should be free of marks or damage.
Once we’ve processed your return and inspected the item, we’ll refund the original payment method, including any applicable sales tax. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed. Refund processing typically takes 2-3 weeks.
For hygiene reasons, worn footwear cannot be returned unless there’s a defect in quality, construction, or craftsmanship. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
If you prefer to use your own return method, please retain the tracking number and send the package to the address below. We recommend insuring the return to protect against loss or damage.

Return Instructions
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original condition (only tried on for size or fit) and packaging.
STEP 1: Send us a message at help@haflinger.com requesting a return label.
STEP 2: Attach the RETURN shipping label to the sealed package and drop it off at any UPS store. Be sure to keep the UPS tracking number for reference, in case you need to track your return at ups.com
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund (including any applicable sales tax) will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Important Information: Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. All items, including original packaging, must be in their original, undamaged condition with no markings or alterations.
We can only accept returns or exchanges for products purchased through www.us.haflinger.com. If your purchase was made at an independent retailer or another online store, please follow their return policy and return the item directly to them.
Products bought from www.us.haflinger.com cannot be returned to third-party retailers or other online platforms.

WHAT IS THE COST TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Returns and exchanges are completely free of charge. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery at no cost. Just be sure to follow our return instructions.
Returning Without UPS: If you prefer not to use UPS, you can return the item using any traceable shipping method, at your own expense. Please reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll provide you with further details on how to return your product.

Once you’ve dropped off your return, it generally takes 2 to 5 business days for the package to reach our warehouse. Please note that delivery times may vary, and we are unable to control how long it takes for your return to reach us.
