Great quality!
The quality has remained consistent over the years however I need to place a return and am unable to get hold of their customer service. Email doesn't work. Listed telephone doesn't work. Sending a message via their website doesn't work. I now have to go through the hassle of filing a complaint with American Express. No shoe is worth this aggravation!

WHAT HAPPENED?
Very well made, good arch support, and comfortable
I was looking for a shoe to support my low arch. I slipped these on and it felt so comfortable and natural. The toe bed is roomy, material is soft and breathable. I often wear them during the warmer months with no socks and my feet are not hot or sweaty! They are well made and worth every penny. I did size down from my normal size, at first I thought it might be too short but after a few wears the wool softened a bit and they are perfect even with socks on. I loved them so much I bought two more pairs!
